WHO AM I?

RAMON TENA

I have been an organizational and family mediator for 8 years. I like to share the tools I use in my work. That is why I combine intervening as a mediator with conducting trainings in areas of communication and conflict management. I regularly partner with international organizations, universities and public and private organizations.

Over the last few years, I have worked and trained very diverse groups such as lawyers, prison officers, police, youth leaders, school teachers, civil servants of international organizations…

I firmly believe in the power of dialogue to transform any conflict into cooperation.

Since 2014 I am a member of the Council of Europe’s Pool of Trainers, where I have led projects in leadership and conflict transformation with young people.

I am one of the developers and director of the postgraduate in mediation at the University of Andorra (2014 and 2018). I also work as a trainer for mediators in Spain and France.

Currently I am a member of the Andorran Government Mediation Committee, the Catalan Society of Mediation in the Health field, and Mediators Beyond Borders International.

I worked in the Government of Andorra until 2012, when I embarked on this new adventure with Dialoga, a social entrepreneurship project aiming to solve conflict situations through dialogue. I facilitate the blog specialized in conflict resolution Andorra Mediació

I have a degree in Political Science from the Pompeu Fabra University, and a master in mediation from IL3-Universitat de Barcelona.

ABOUT DIALOGA

Dialoga is a social entrepreneurship project founded in 2012. We offer innovative solutions to promote dialogue as a tool for conflict management, leadership, decision-making and conversations on the use of the public space.

Each customer and project are unique. That’s why we don’t offer a predetermined offer but before submitting any proposal we like to sit down a couple of times to chat with customers, understand and adapt to their needs.

We believe that the best way to meet our goals is through cooperation: we network with other European professionals in areas such as mediation, family business or human rights education.
